Delete Account

Manage your account deletion preferences and data removal requests.

Zinga ("we," "our," "us") provides users with full control over their personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your Zinga account, what data is deleted, what may be retained, and how long information is stored before final removal.

1. How to Delete Your Account

  • In-App: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
  • Email Request: Send a deletion request to info@zingaapp.com with your name and account email/phone number.

2. Data Deleted Upon Request

  • Profile information (name, email, phone).
  • Authentication and login data.
  • Booking history and service activity.
  • Saved addresses and preferences.
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers.

3. Data Temporarily Retained

Certain information required for fraud prevention, Stripe payment records, or legal compliance may be retained for up to 90 days before being permanently erased.

4. Partial Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of specific data without deleting their account by emailing info@zingaapp.com.

5. Confirmation of Deletion

A confirmation email or in-app notice will be provided once your deletion request has been processed.
